366例自杀死亡案例统计分析

Statistical Analysis on 366 Cases of Commit Suicide

目的统计、分析山西省部分地市自杀者的自杀方式、原因、自杀时间、场所等特点。方法对2004年1月～2010年4月之间366例自杀者案件资料进行回顾性调查,对自杀者年龄、婚姻状况、自杀原因、自杀季节及场所分布、遗书情况、自杀方式等进行统计学分析。结果自杀者年龄分布以20～29岁为最多;自杀的常见方式依次为高坠、自缢、服毒;自杀的常见原因依次为精神心理问题、纠纷、躯体疾病、恋情等;自杀还与自杀者的性别、年龄、婚姻状况及季节有密切关系。结论应针对本地区的自杀特点,做好早期预防,针对不同的自杀人群采取不同的预防策略,重视对自杀过程的早期识别,动员社会各方面力量共同努力,减少自杀案例的发生。

Objective To analyze statistically the characteristics of the suicides in a part of regions and cities in Shanxi province in terms of the suicide approach,cause,time,place,etc.Methods From January 2004 to April 2010,the retrospective investigation was conducted for the data of 366 cases of commit suicide.The statistical analysis was performed in terms of the age,marital status,suicide cause,suicide season,place distribution,posthumous papers,suicide way,etc.Results The suicides were aged in the range from 20 to 29 years.The common ways of suicide included fatal falling,hanging and poisoning.The common causes of suicide were mental problem,dissension,physical sickness,amour issue,etc.The commit suicide was also closely related to the sex,age and marital status of the suicides as well as to the seasons.Conclusion The prevention at the early stage should in consideration with the suicide characteristics of the cases in the local regions.The different strategies should be prepared for the suicides individually.The attention should be paid to the early identification of the suicide procedure.The mutual efforts in society should be mobilized to reduce commit suicide.
