摘要
以国内某航空制造企业复合材料生产车间现场为对象,针对航空复合材料的特殊性,对这类车间生产排程进行研究和探索;基于航空复合材料的生产工艺特点,提出针对航空复合材料车间生产过程中的瓶颈工序即热压成型工序的排程方法和步骤,并且针对该瓶颈工序的可重入特征建立了基于启发式规则算法的优化排程模式。
On the basis of characterizing the production of aeronautical composite materials,it analyzes the scheduling methods and processes of compression molding bottleneck process in the aeronautical composite materials workshop,establishes the optimized scheduling model with re-entrant characteristics of bottleneck process based on heuristic rules.Appling this model at an inland aviation enterprise,it proves that the algorithm not only has the quickness,but also has certain flexibility,is more practicable in the actual situation of the composite material workshop,and can improve the productivity of the workshop.
