摘要
为解决高速精密动力卡盘设计开发成本较高、周期较长的问题,在简要介绍若干种产品参数化系列化设计方法与技术的基础上,提出利用现有CAD软件UG NX,对动力卡盘零部件进行设计时,首先应分析其各个设计特征参数的关联性,然后建立全参数化的模型驱动表,完成了动力卡盘各部件的系列化开发。该方法能够大大缩短研发周期,对实现卡盘设计、制造的标准化起到了推动作用。
The high-speed precision power chuck is a kind of machine tool accessories whose design and development requires high cost and long cycle.Based on several methods and technique,it applies CAD software UG NX to design the parts of the power chuck,analyzes the relevance of these parameters of various design features,and establishes a model-driven table with the whole parameters.It proves that the method can help to finish the serial development of the power chuck.
