摘要
研究了精密数控车削加工中心的开发过程,为提升机床性能,提高开发效率,降低生产成本,提出了虚拟技术一体化机床开发技术。在机床设计生产过程中同时运用了CAD/CAM技术、CAE技术和运动仿真技术,加快了设计开发过程,验证了新型机床的尺寸正确性和功能完善性。结果表明,虚拟技术在机床设计开发过程中占据着明显的优势。
In order to improve machine properties and development efficiency,reduce production cost during the precise numerical control turning center manufacture,it describes the virtual technology integration of machine tool development.During the design process,it uses CAD/CAM and CAE technology,applies the motion simulation tool to accelerates the design process,verify the correctness of the machine tool size and the completeness of the function requirement.This method shows that virtual technology takes an advantage in the machine tool design.
