摘要
以转子动力学和非线性动力学为理论基础,综合考虑转子系统的碰摩、松动、裂纹耦合故障,建立了故障转子系统的动力学模型。采用龙格库塔法,对耦合故障下的转子动力学行为进行数值模拟分析,指出了此故障下的转子系统存在周期、拟周期以及混沌运动现象,为转子系统安全工作提供了理论依据。
Based on the theoretical basis of rotor dynamics and nonlinear dynamics,it introduces the rotor system with coupling of the crack-rubbing and loose faults,establishes the model of bearing faults rotor system dynamics,uses Runge-kutta method to simulate gas film force,crack and local rubbing loose with coupling faults of the rotor system.It shows that the phenomenon of the rotor system is periodic,cycle and chaotic motions.The result provides the theory basis of rotor system for the safety work.
