组织知识定义及多维立体型分类框架研究 被引量:7

摘要 创设科学的组织知识定义及多维立体型分类框架,是结束组织知识定义及分类界定歧义状态的有效手段。但受"认知-属性"、"隐性-显性"研究范式的局限,研究者们一直只在组织知识类别水平上对知识特定的构成属性进行研究,没有关注和建立具有普适性和一般性的概念,更未对组织知识分类模式进行有效的理论建构。本文在对目前组织知识定义研究进行述评的基础上,着重强调组织知识定义的认识、行为和情感三个维度的动态平衡和统一,并构建一个组织知识多维立体型分类框架。该框架能够清晰地对组织知识系统的结构和特征提供新的解释,有助于更深刻地理解知识定义的差异性和不同类型知识实现过程,为组织知识的后续研究提供依据和有益的参考。 To construct a scientific framework research on definition and multidimensional classification of organization knowledge is an effective means that ends the chaotic state for organizational knowledge.By the limitations of research paradigms of Cognitive-attributes and Tacit-explicit,researchers have been doing a lot of research on the structure of the knowledge specific attributes within organization knowledge category level,neither establishing generality and general concepts,nor constructing an effective theoretical on organizational knowledge classification.On the basis of reviewing organization knowledge definition,this paper focuses on the cognition,behavior and emotion dimensions of dynamic balance and unity for organization knowledge,and constructs a framework on multiple-layered multidimensional classification of organization knowledge.This framework can clearly explain the structure and characteristics of organization knowledge,which helps us to understand profoundly the difference and realization processes of different knowledge,provides the basis and the beneficial reference for subsequent research on organization knowledge.
