摘要 研究了个人与组织契合对反生产力工作行为、员工的创造力以及公司的财务绩效的影响,通过文献研究提出了命题并形成了研究框架,其中,个人与组织契合对反生产力工作行为和公司的财务绩效会有积极的影响,但个人与组织契合却可能对员工的创造力产生不利影响,反生产力工作行为对公司的财务绩效有不利影响,但又可能对员工的创造力有积极影响,同时,反生产力工作行为在个人与组织契合对员工的创造力及公司的财务绩效的影响过程中会起到一定的中介作用。 This paper explores the influence of P-O Fit on CWB,employee creativity and corporate financial performance,propositions and framework were built based on literature.P-O Fit can reduce CWB and benefit corporate performance;however,it may hurt the employee creativity,although CWB can lead to bad influence on financial performance,it might benefit the employee creativity to some extent,and hence,CWB can also mediate the impact of P-O Fit on both employee creativity and corporate financial performance.
