健康型组织相关问题研究 被引量:9

摘要 本研究提出健康型组织是一种既能维持组织当前的有效运营,又能有效适应外部环境变化的全面健康的组织状态,其目标是实现员工、组织和社会的健康、持续、协调地发展。本文据此从身、心、灵三个层面出发构建健康型组织的理论评估模型,并论证了其结构。
