提升上海人才培养国际化水平是塑造一支高素质国际化人才队伍的关键要素,是上海提升城市国际竞争力的重要基础和动力。本文总结了上海在推进人才培养国际化进程方面的主要做法及成效,剖析了当前上海人才培养国际化所面临的主要问题与挑战,并提出进一步提升上海人才培养国际化水平的策略建议。

Enhancing the international level of Shanghai talents education and training is the key element of forming a high-quality international talent group, the important basis and dynamic of Shanghai to improve city＇s international competitiveness. This paper summarizes the practices and effectiveness of Shanghai to promote talent education and training in the process of internationalization, analyzes the main issues and challenges that the internationalization of the current Shanghai talent education and cultivating, and then systematically puts forward the strategy and recommendations to further enhance the international level of talent education and training.
