To take the evaluation of the university behavior of pre-service teacher cultivation as the research focus, is the consideration results of the university status or mission changes, university acts missing and university evaluation reality. From the main body and its responsibility property, the ideal university should take the career achievement of pre-serviee teacher training as school target; highlight the Chinese awareness, school awareness, overall awareness and education leading awareness; adhere the method selection of ＂two-way＂ interaction of ＂getting things＂ and ＂becoming talent＂; emphasize the significance of process design and Before-after progressive relationship. As that reflection, the university presents significant phenomena of absent-location and offside-location, to analyze those phenomena comprehensively and objectively, which contributes to the university transformation from the real form to the ideal form.
