近年来,上海中等职业学校教师队伍建设取得了长足进展,但还存在如教师数量不足、质量不高、结构不合理等方面的问题,影响和制约了中等职业教育发展。在"十二五"期间,优化新教师来源,强化专业到头人建设和骨干教师队伍建设,从而进一步保证规模、调整结构、加强管理、提高质量,应该成为上海加大内涵建设和建设职业教育体系的重点。
