胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板治疗C型Pilon骨折

Using the lateral distal tibial locking plate as internal fixation to treatment of the type-C Pilon fracture

目的探讨应用胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板治疗C型Pilon骨折的疗效。方法对18例C型Pilon骨折患者行切开复位胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板内固定,部分辅助外固定。采用Mazur踝关节症状与功能评分系统进行评定。结果患者术后伤口均愈合良好。14例获得随访,时间5～17(7±2)个月,骨折均愈合。Mazur踝关节症状与功能评分系统评定结果:优1例,良11例,可2例。结论应用胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折效果较好。

Objective To summarize the experience of using the lateral distal tibial locking plate as internal fixation to treatment of the Pilon fracture.Methods 18 patients suffering from the type-C Pilon fracture were treated with open reduction and the lateral distal tibial locking plate fixation,and combined external fixation for some cases.The results were evaluated by the Mazur scoring system about ankle joint′s symptom and function.Results The follow-up was 5～17（7±2） months.The results were excellent in 1 case,good in 11 and fair in 2 among those 14 patients.Conclusions The lateral distal tibial locking plate for treatment of complex Pilon fractures is better.
