摘要 2000年3月～2009年3月,我科对17例（23髋）强直性脊柱炎致髋关节病变患者予以人工全髋关节置换治疗,近期效果良好,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组17例,男12例,女5例,年龄20～51岁。血清HLA-B27检查结果均为阳性^[1],
