摘要 随着关节镜技术的普及和应用,关节镜下后交叉韧带（PCL）重建术已经得到骨科和运动医学医师的认同[1]。2007年6月～2010年10月,我院对56例PCL断裂患者采用胫骨双固定法取自体腘绳肌腱单束重建PCL,临床效果良好,
