摘要
"5·12"大地震给灾区学校造成重大损失,如何恢复重建,并以此为契机实现学校的新发展,成为灾区学校面临的共同问题。重灾区青川县清溪小学在震后三年的管理实践中,探索出一条物质重建与文化重建并举的道路,将学校文化塑造与学校管理相结合,实施科学的文化管理。同时,以学校文化理念为指导,从管理需要出发,着力打造学校的环境适应能力、资源协调能力、流程整合能力、组织学习能力、系统创新能力和危机处理能力,总结出灾区学校可持续发展的有效模式。
The "5.12" earthquake has brought heavy losses to schools of disaster area. How to reconstruct and take it as an opportunity to achieve the school's new development is a common problem faced by schools in the disaster area. After the earthquake, Qingxi primary school has tracked out a road of the integration of material reconstruction With cultural reconstruction in school management practices in the three-year-practice of management after the earthquake. Qingxi primary school has carried out scientific cultural management by integrating the establishment of school culture with school management. Meanwhile, guided by the idea of school culture, Qingxi primary school has summed up the effective model for the sustainable development of disaster schools by focusing on creating the school's ability to adapt to the environment, as well as the ability of resource coordinating, process integrating, organization learning, system innovating and crisis managing.
