地佐辛复合丙泊酚在人工取卵术中的临床应用

Clinical application of dezocine combined with propofol in artificial oocyte retrieval

目的探讨地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于门诊B超介导下人工取卵术的可行性。方法选择实施人工取卵术的健康妇女200例随机分成P／D两组。P组应用丙泊酚，D组应用地佐辛复合丙泊酚。观察两组麻醉前、麻醉后、病人清醒后的MAP、HR、SPO2，并记录患者苏醒时间、手术时间、丙泊酚用量、术后不良反应发生率以及术中出现体动并严重影响操作例数。结果D组患者苏醒时间短（P〈0．01），丙泊酚用量少（P〈0．01）、术后不良反应发生率少（P〈0．01），术中出现体动并严重影响操作例数少（P〈0．01）。结论地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于门诊B超介导下人工取卵术镇痛效果确切，手术过程患者安静无动，苏醒迅速。

Objective To study the feasibility and safety of using dezocine combined with propofol in patient under B-uhrasonic mediated of artificial oocyte retrieval surgery. Methods 200 healthy women with artificial oocyte retrieval surgery were randomly divided into P/D groups, group P with propofol, group D with dezocine and propofol. The MAP, HR, SPO2 were observed before and after anesthesia, and after the patient regained consciousness, and recovery time of patients, surgery time, the amount of propofol, the adverse reactions after surgery, and intraoperative body movement and the number of times of seriously affecting the operation were also recorded. Results Recovery time of patients in group D was shortened（P 〈 0.01）, propofol consumption was significantly reduced（P〈 0.01）, the adverse effects had significantly reduced（P〈 0.01）, and the number of cases of intraoperative body movement and seriously affecting the operation significantly reduced（P〈 0.O1）.Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol vein anesthesia using in B-ultrasonic mediated of artificial oocyte retrieval surgery has the advantages of definite aneasthesia effect, being able to help achieve a satisfactorily clinical result, having no influence to artificial oocyte retrieval surgery, and the Patients＇ waking up quickly, and so on.
