倍他乐克联合洛丁新治疗老年CHF的分析

Analysis of Mctoprolol combined with Lotensin in treating elderly patients with CHF

目的探讨倍他乐克联合洛丁新治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床效果及安伞性。方法将我院70例老年CHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组，均予以常规抗心力衰竭治疗，观察组在此基础上加用倍他乐克和洛丁新，在治疗前后测定两组左心室收缩末期容积（LVESV）和左心室舒张末期容积（LVEDV），并进行临床疗效评价。结果两组治疗后LVESV较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0．01）;治疗后观察组LVESV改善明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）观察组临床总有效率为88．57％，明显高于对照组的74．29％（P〈0．05）。结论倍他乐克联合洛丁新能明显改善CHF患者的临床症状和心功能。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of Metoprolol eombined with Lotensin in treating elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 70 cases of elderly CHF patients were divided into the observation group and the control groups randomly, both reeeived conventional anti-heart failure treatment. Based on this, the patients of the observation group took Metoprolol combined with Lotensin. Measured the left ventricular end-systolic volume （LVESV） and the left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） before and after treatment, and made the clinical evaluation. Results After treatment, LVESV were significantly better in two groups（P 〈 0.01）, while LVESV of observation group improved more obviously than the control group（P 〈 0.01）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.57%, much higher than that of the control group（74.29%）（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Lotensin can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of the patients with CHF.
