摘要
用益气养血利湿法治疗老年黄斑变性 (AMD) 早期患者 2 2例 (30只眼 ) ,并与西药维生素 E和 C组 17例 (30只眼 ) 对照 ,观察 3年 ,结果治疗组在玻璃膜疣变化、视力变化及血液流变学改变方面疗效明显优于对照组。提示益气养血利湿中药有助于 AMD早期的治疗。
As treatment group,22 patients(30eyes) with early AMD were treated with TCM'S Qi reinforcing,blood enriching and damp-excreting,and were compared with control group,17 patients (30 eyes) being treated with Vitamin E and Vitamin C.After 3 years,the result showed that the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in the changes of ocular fundus,Visual acuity and blood rheology,and that the treatment of TCM's Qi reinforcing,blood enriching and damp excreting benefited the cure of early AMD.
