IFN-γ、IL-18与复发性流产的相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on the correlation between interferon-γ,interleukin-18 and recurrent spontaneous abortion

摘要 目的:探讨IFN-γ和IL-18与复发性流产(RSA)发病的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RQ RT-PCR)方法测定33例RSA患者、20例正常早孕妇女绒毛组织中IFN-γ、IL-18的表达水平。结果:RSA患者绒毛IFN-γ、IL-18水平均显著高于正常早孕妇女(P<0.05),且呈正相关性(r=0.59,P<0.01)。RSA患者的流产次数与绒毛中IFN-γ、IL-18水平差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:IFN-γ、IL-18在复发性流产的发生机制中起一定作用。 Objective:To explore the correlation between interferon-γ,interleukin-18 and the occurrence of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression levels of interferon-γ and interleukin-18 in chorionic villus samples of 33 patients with RSA and 20 normal early pregnant women.Results:The expression levels of interferon-γ and interleukin-18 in chorionic villus samples of patients with RSA were significantly higher than those of normal early pregnant women(P〈0.05),and there was a positive correlation(γ=0.59,P〈0.01).There was no correlation between the times of RSA and expression levels of interferon-γ and interleukin-18 in chorionic villus samples(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Interferon-γ and interleukin-18 play important roles in the occurrence of RSA.
