整合素αvβ3和孕激素受体在子宫内膜异位症患者黄体中期子宫内膜中的表达

Expressions of integrin αvβ3 and progesterone receptor in endometrium during mid-luteal phase of the patients with endometriosis

目的:通过检测黄体中期子宫内膜整合素(Integrinαvβ3)和孕激素受体(PR)的表达,探讨子宫内膜异位症(内异症)患者的子宫内膜容受性。方法:收集经腹腔镜确诊的18例内异症患者(内异症组)和20例确诊仅为男方因素的不孕患者(对照组)黄体中期子宫内膜应用免疫组化方法检测Integrinαvβ3和PR的表达。结果:子宫腔上皮细胞Integrinαvβ3表达H-score平均分内异症组较对照组低,内异症组腺上皮细胞PR表达较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组间腺上皮细胞Integrinαvβ3及间质细胞PR表达H-score平均分比较无显著差別(P>0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者黄体中期子宫内膜Integrinαvβ3和PR的表达异常可能是导致其不孕的原因之一。

Objective：To explore endometrial receptivity of the patients with endometriosis via retrieving the expressions of integrin αvβ3 and progesterone receptor in endometrium during mid-luteal phase.Methods：The endometrial specimens during mid-luteal phase were collected from 18 patients with endometriosis diagnosed definitely by laparoscopy and 20 patients who were found with infertility because of male factors,then the expression levels of integrin αvβ3 and progesterone receptor were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results：The mean H-score of Integrin αvβ3 expression in endometrial luminal epithelial cells in endometriosis group was significantly lower than that in control group,the mean H-score of progesterone receptor expression in endometrial glandular epithelial cells in endometriosis group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the mean H-scores of Integrin αvβ3 expression in endometrial glandular epithelial cells and progesterone receptor expression in stromal cells between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The abnormal expressions of Integrin αvβ3 and progesterone receptor in endometrium during mid-luteal phase may be reasons of infertility among the patients with endometriosis.
