超声引导技术在乳腺肿块Mammotome微创切除术中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨高频超声引导技术在Mammotome微创旋切术切除乳腺肿块中的应用价值。方法:对行超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切术的106例患者(共184个肿块)进行回顾性分析。总结超声引导技巧,记录病理结果及随访情况。结果:超声在手术过程中均能清晰显示病灶,并完整切除,引导成功率为100.00%。术后病理结果显示:浸润性导管癌1例,其余均为良性病灶(167个纤维腺瘤、8个纤维腺病、5个导管内乳头状瘤、3个乳腺小叶增生),6例出现术后瘀斑。结论:超声引导技术在Mammotome微创切除乳腺肿块中有至关重要的作用。
