摘要
从我国东北某炼油厂工业废水中分离到一株高效降解苯酚的菌株PHEA 2。采用PCR技术从该菌总DNA中克隆到 150 0bp的 16SrDNA片段。该片段的核苷酸序列分析结果表明 ,PHEA 2的 16SrDNA核苷酸序列与醋酸钙不动杆菌模式菌株 (Acine tobactercalcoaceticus )的同源性为 98%。在细菌系统发育分类学上 ,PHEA 2归属变形细菌γ亚类中的不动杆菌属 ,醋酸钙不动杆菌。PHEA 2除了能够降解苯酚外 ,还能降解苯甲酸盐和邻苯二酚。
WT5BZ] A 1500 bp 16S rDNA fragment was amplified from total DNA of a phenol degradingstrain PHEA 2 isolated from the wastewater in an oil refinery by PCR. The sequence analysis of the 16S rDNA showed that PHEA 2 shared 98% 16S rDNA sequence homology with typical Acinetobacter Calcoaceticus strain. In phylogenetic framework of bacterial classification, PHEA 2 belongs to proteobacteria, gamma subdivision: Acinetobacter, A. Calcoaceticus. Except to degrading phenol, PHEA 2 can degrade benzoate and catechol too.
