摘要 我国创意园区的运作有优有劣,需要进一步从理论上阐释创意产业的集聚机理和演化动因。本文基于演化经济地理学、经济社会学和复杂网络理论,构建了一个具有复杂交互关系的创意主体区位决策模型,探讨创意主体的社会网络结构及其交互关系、信息瀑布效应、网络效应、外部规模经济和不经济效应等对创意空间集聚过程和结果的影响,阐释创意主体区位决策的微宏过程以及相应空间分布规律,提出促进创意集聚区可持续发展的基本原则。以北京市798创意园区为例,分析了北京市798创意园区的演化过程和演进机制,分析结果表明本文的模型能较好的解释具有自组织机制的创意集聚区的发展路径。 Creative industrial districts in some cities are booming,but there are still many problems in their development processes.It is necessary to further detect its agglomeration mechanism and evolutionary motivation.We built a location decision-making model based on economic geography,economic sociology and complex network theory.In the model,the impacts of social the effects of network structure and interactions,informational effect,network effect,external economies of scale and external diseconomies of scale on the process and outcomes of the creative spatial agglomeration are discussed.The micro-macro process of creative agglomeration and the corresponding spatial distribution of creativity agents are also explained.We present the basic principles of sustainable development for a creative agglomeration district based on the model.We take the 798 creative park in Beijing as an example and analyze its evolutionary process and evolutionary mechanisms.We find that the model in our paper can explain the development path of creative industrial districts which have the self-organization mechanism.
