摘要 本文通过对1990-2009年连续20年京、津、沪三个超大城市的高校R&D投入与城市经济增长的关系进行比较分析,结果表明:三个城市高校R&D经费投入对城市经济增长有积极影响,而高校R&D人员投入对城市经济的影响不明显。北京、上海高校技术创新投入对城市经济的影响较大,而天津高校创新投入对城市经济发展的带动作用较小,京、沪两地高校技术创新投入对城市经济的影响主要受资金投入的拉动,人力资本投入对两地城市经济的影响较小。而天津高校技术创新投入对城市经济的影响主要受高校R&D人力资本的影响,R&D经费影响较小。为提高城市经济的发展,必须注重提高大学R&D经费投入,并提高R&D人员的工作效率。本文对研究高校R&D投入带动城市经济的发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。 Analyzing and comparing the influence of university R&D input to urban economy in 3 super large city of Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai by using panel data from 1990-2009, the result indicates University R&D input impacts the urban economy positively. And the university R&D fund input impact the urban economy in Beijing and Shanghai, but not the same in Tianjin. The influence of university to urban economy in Beijing and Shanghai is leaded by the university R&I) fund input not human capital, while the influence of university to urban economy in Tianjin is leaded by the university R&D human capital input but university R&D fund input. In order to enhance the development of urban economy, all of the three cities must increase university R&D fund input and R&D workers" efficiency. This research has important theoretical and practical significance on research of the impact of university R&D input to urban economics development.
