CT导向下^(125)I粒子植入治疗盆腔肿瘤术后复发合并下肢淋巴水肿的疗效观察

目的探讨CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗对盆腔肿瘤术后复发合并下肢淋巴水肿患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月～2011年7月收治的9例盆腔肿瘤术后复发合并严重下肢淋巴水肿患者进行CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗的临床资料,分别对比术前和术后2个月、6个月时患者临床症状和肿瘤大小的变化,观察并发症的情况,随访期为6个月。结果术后2个月、6个月的症状缓解率分别为100%(9/9)和77.8%(7/9),肿瘤缓解率(CR+PR)分别为82.4%(14/17)和76.5%(13/17),均无严重并发症发生。结论 CT导向下125I粒子植入治疗盆腔肿瘤术后复发合并下肢淋巴水肿患者的近期效果好,是一种安全、高效的治疗方式。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of CT guided interstitial radioactive seed 125I implantation in the treatment of recurrent malignant pelvic tumor with lower limb lymphedema.Methods Between June 2010 and July 2011 CT-guided interstitial radioactive seed 125I implantation was carried out in nine patients with recurrent malignant pelvic tumor and lower limb lymphedema which developed after the patients had received comprehensive treatment such surgery、chemotherapy and radiotherapy.The clinical symptoms and the tumor size before the treatment and at 2、6 months after the treatment were recorded,while the complications were observed.The results were compared.All the patients were followed up for six months.Results At 2、6 months after the treatment,the improvement rate of the clinical symptoms was 100%（9/9）and 77.8%（7/9）,while the reduction of the tumor size（CR＋PR） was 82.4%（14/17）and 76.5%（13/17）respectively.No severe complications occurred in all cases.Conclusion CT guided interstitial radioactive seed 125I implantation procedure is safe and efficient in treating recurrent malignant pelvic tumor with lower limb lymphedema;it can improve the living quality obviously and has good short-term effects.
