摘要
目的探讨PICU死亡病例血钙浓度变化及其临床意义。方法回顾性分析PICU死亡病例31例和对照组31例患儿血钙浓度变化情况。结果 PICU死亡病例低钙血症发生率占58%(18/31),普通对照组未见低钙血症,死亡病例低钙血症发生率明显高于普通对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论低钙血症在PICU死亡病例中较常见,观察患儿的血钙水平可能对评估病情和提示预后有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Hypocalcemia in dead cases in PICU.Methods The total serum calcium concentration in 31 dead cases patients in PICU and control group,31 cases was analyzed retrospectively.Results Dead cases occurred in 18（58%） of 31 patients with hypocalcemia versus 1（2%） of 50 patients with hypocalcemia in control group（P0.01）.The levels of serum calcium remarkably decreased in dead cases.The differences did reach statistical significance.Conclusion Hypocalcemia is common in dead cases in PICU,patients with hypocalcemia may have a higher mortality rate than those with normocalcemia.The observation of the serum calcium in PICU may be important to the assessment and prognosis of diseases.
