48例剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术的临床分析

目的探讨剖宫产同时进行子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床治疗体会。方法选择2008年12月～2010年12月以来进行剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者48例,对患者进行剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术,观察患者手术后的恢复情况。结果 48例患者手术均顺利完成,手术平均时间为80～240分钟,平均手术时间为(143±41)分钟。术后患者经过8～17天治疗后均出院。出院后对患者进行为期6个月的随访调查,调查发现,新生儿健康状况良好,产妇未发现不良反应以及术后并发症,所有患者术后6个月均未发现子宫肌瘤复发现象。结论剖宫产合并子宫肌瘤切除术可以在剖宫产的同时进行切术手术,减少了患者的痛苦,避免了二次开刀给患者带来的伤害。

Objective To investigate the cesarean section and simultaneous myomectomy Clinical treatment experience.Methods A hospitalin December 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital since patients with cesarean section with uterine myomectomy results 48 patients,surgery in 48cases of cesarean section with uterine myomectomy patients to observe the recovery of patients after surgery.Results Were successfully completed,the average operative time was 80 to 240 minutes,mean procedure time was（143 ± 41）minutes.Postoperative patients discharged after 8 to 17 daysafter treatment.A 6-month follow-up survey of patients after discharge,the survey found,the newborn is in good health,maternal found no adversereactions and complications,all patients 6 months after surgery were not found in uterine fibroids recurrence.Conclusion resection surgery：cesareansection with uterine myomectomy in cesarean section at the same time,reduce the suffering of patients,to avoid a second surgery harm to patients.
