摘要
目的探讨骨关节螺旋CT多平面重建的应用价值。方法选取2010年1月~2011年12月深圳市宝安区松岗人民医院收治的骨关节病变患者共80例,其中退行性骨关节病25例、缺血坏死23例、骨折19例、骨纤维异常增殖症6例、骨关节结核7例。对CT扫描数据进行多平面重建。结果多平面重建能从多平面、多角度观察骨关节的形态、大小和密度等的变化,对病变的显示满意。全身各部位的关节,特别是胸锁关节、腕关节及踝关节等,常规取螺距1~1.5,层厚1~3mm;对于如整个脊柱或长骨的较大范围扫描,宜用螺距1.5~2,层厚3~5mm。结论骨关节病变检查运用螺旋CT多平面重建技术,能提供有价值的空间关系信息,显示与病理解剖接近,有利于临床医生对于治疗方案的选择及手术计划的制订。
Objective To explore the applying value of spiral computed tomography(CT)and multidimensional reconstruction on bone and joint.Methods Eighty patients of bone and joint disease from Jan 2010 to Dec 2011.There WERE 25 cases of osteoarthritis,23 cases of necrosis,19 cases of cataclasis,6 cases of fibrous dysplasia and 7 cases of osteoarticular tuberculosis.Use multidimensional reconstruction to reconstruct CT data.Results MPR could satisfactorily show pathology with multi-planar and multi-angular change of shape,size and density.The pitch with 1~1.5 and depth with 1~3mm were suitable for joints of whole body,such as sternoclavicular joint,articulatio carpi and ankle.The pitch with 1.5~2 and depth with 3~5mm were suitable for big-scope scan of spinal column and long bone.Conclusion Spiral CT and multidimensional reconstruction for bone and joint disease can provide valuable information of space relation,which is close to pathologic anatomy.It is favor for clinic doctors to choose treatment plan and operative plan.
