摘要
目的探讨胆道出血诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2000年1月～2011年12月收治的胆道出血10例的临床资料。结果本组行非手术治疗4例,其中选择性肝动脉栓塞2例,手术治疗6例。本组9例止血成功、1例死亡。结论胆道出血应根据其具体的出血原因及部位等采取相应的处理方法。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of hematobilia.Methods Clinical data of ten cases with hematobilia in our hospital from January 2000 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Two cases treated with selective hepatic artery embolism from nonoperative t group;six cases treated with operative.Nine cases in 10 cases with succeed hemostasis,one patient died.Conclusion Treatment of hematobilia should be based on reasons and positions of the bleeding.
