舒适护理在重症胰腺炎胃肠减压中的应用

目的探讨应用舒适护理在重症胰腺炎患者胃肠减压期间的护理效果。方法重症胰腺炎患者共48例随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予舒适护理服务,对照组给予常规护理,对其护理效果进行对照分析。结果观察组患者舒适度、满意度均明显高于对照组,并发症发生低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症胰腺炎患者胃肠减压期间给予舒适护理,能减轻患者的不适感,增加舒适度与满意度,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in patients with severe pancreatitis gastrointestinal decompression nursing effect.Methods A total of 48 cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients,randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group to give comfort care,the control group received routine nursing,the nursing effect of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Observed in the group of patients with gastrointestinal decompression comfort,satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,while the complication rate was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion For patients with severe pancreatitis gastrointestinal decompression during care to comfort,can reduce patient discomfort,increased patient comfort and satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing service.
