摘要
设计了一种风力发电机组叶片振动的无线检测系统。采用模块化设计思路,振动传感器选用TZDM22-55,单片机选用高性能的ATMEGA32,无线收发模块选用NRF24E1芯片,上位机采用LabVIEW编程。系统平时工作在休眠状态,工作时通过软中断请求唤醒。测试结果表明该系统传输信号数据可靠。系统集成度高,功耗小,结构简单,工作稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强。
Design a wireless vibration detection system of wind turbine blade. Adopting modular design ideas, selected TZAM22-55 as vibration sensor, high-performance ATMEGA32 as SCM, NRF24E1 as wireless transmitter module,supervisory com- puter software was programed using LabView. System usually in the dormant, data collectiong and trandmission through software in- terrupt. Test results show that system transmission signal data are reliable. System is high integration, low power consumption, struc- ture simple, stable and reliable,strong anti-interference ability.
