摘要
提出一种基于IEC61850和SoPC的数字化变电站计量仪表设计方案。在DE2—70开发板的基础上,首先依据IEC61850标准对数字化变电站计量仪表进行了总体设计;其次对基于FPGA的电量参数算法进行了研究;最后完成了光纤通信电路、快速以太网接口电路、双软核SoPC系统等硬件电路的设计。基于FPGA的数字化变电站计量仪表设计方案具有设计手段先进、灵活性高、并行数据处理的特点。
This paper proposes a design scheme of the digitized substation measuring instrument based on IEC61850 and SOPC.The design on the basis of DE2-70 development board. Firstly ,according to IEC61850 standard, the overall design of digi- tized substation measuring meters is carried on.and then studied the power parameters based on FPGA, finally completed the optical fiber circuit, 10/100M Etheruet circuit, double Nios II nuclear SOPC system design, the design of watt-hour meter in digital sub- station based on FPGA has the characteristics of dvanced and high flexibility.
