激光致损与辐照面直径间的关系

摘要 采用不同的样品,研究了致损激光的能量密度或功率密度与辐照面直径之间的关系,发现其间存在一个拐点。当辐照直径小于该点对应的值时,致损激光的能量或功率密度基本保持不变。 The relationship between the energy density or power desity of the laser induced damage and the irradiant diameter is studied by using different samples.The trasition point has been found.The energy desity or power desity of the laser induced damage keeps constant until the irradiant diameter is smaller than that value,then it is increased dramatically.The reasons are discussed.
