摘要
在ITS-90之后,按照JJF1059《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对二等标准铂铑10-铂热电偶在三个检定点(铜固定点,铝固定点,锌固定点)上的不确定度进行评定,并介绍其在419.527℃～1084.62℃温区范围内的整百度点不确定度分析。
According to the regulation of JJF1 0 59Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Un- certainty,the results of the uncertainty evaluation of the second class standard thermocouple of Platinum Rhodium1 0 -Platinum based on the ITS-90 are described in this paper.The uncer- tainties atthree calibration points(Cu,Al,Zn freezing points) and the hundred interval degrees in the temperature range from 4 1 9.52 7℃ to 1 0 84 .6 2℃ are given,and the figure of the tempera- ture verse measurement uncertainty is presented.
