摘要 单总线器件按照串行协议进行数据通信,具有操作控制简单、扩展容易的特点,非常适合电路连线受限制的场合,大大简化了电路互联。为了解决实际生产中现场条件复杂情况下的温度测量的问题,用单片机控制单总线温度传感器DS18B20,来获取现场温度的方法,实现对生产现场温度控制的目的。这种方法的优点在于实现简单、扩展方便,稍加修改即可应用于其他的单总线器件上,具有良好的可移植性。 1-wire devices communicate in Serial Protocol. They are easy to operate and control and have great extensibility. They simplify circuit connections and are suitable for circuits with connection restriction. This system adopts a 1-wire thermo sensor, DS18B20, which is controlled by a microcontroller unit, to obtain and control on-site temperature that is difficult to measure, especially in a real production phase. The advantage of this system is easy to implement and convenient to extend. With minor modification, the system may be used in other 1-wire bus devices, which means it has high portability.
