摘要
阐述了煤矿大设备之一提升机制动系统盘形闸的闸瓦间隙、制动盘偏摆、空动时间监测智能化、实时在线检测仪的设计。通过对矿井提升机煤安规程要求和指标入手,实现了对提升机设备运行时制动系统盘形闸关键参数"闸瓦同隙"的实时、自主检测,同时对发生异常故障情况时进行语音报警,达到人机对话、人机互动,及时发现问题、解决问题。
This text expatiates on design for brake shoe stack, brake disc deflection, idle time monitoring intellengce and realtime online detector of braking system plate brake of mine hoist which is one of coal mine' large facilities. Through MA regulations and indicators of the coal mine hoist,we realize the real-time self- monitoring of braking system plate brake key parameter, brake shoe stack, while the hoist is running. At the same time,we give a sound alarm for abnormal failure to achieve man-machine conversation and interaction, in order to find and solve the issues on time.
