摘要 介绍干气提浓乙烯技术的基本原理;工艺技术的改进:包括产品精制流程的调整、增加脱砷流程、完善MDEA流程、完善干燥流程、改进压缩单元、解决乙烯预处理问题;设备技术的改进:包括罗茨真空泵、冷干机、电加热器、半产品气压缩机的改进。并对影响装置长周期运行的原料性质及带液、压缩机系统、抽真空系统等因素进行分析,提出进一步的改进方案。 The basic principle, technology and equipment improvements of recovering concentrated ethylene from FCC dry gas were introduced based on a case study. In the process improvements, the adjustment of product refining process, adding an arsenic removal step, adding separation and washing after MDEA treatment, altering regeneration gas in drying process, improving compression unit and setting a pre-distillation unit for ethylene pretreatment were reviewed. Equipment improvements including roots vacuum pump, electric heater, refrigeration dryer and semi-product gas compressor were discussed. Finally, factors affecting the long-term operation of unit, such as the properties of raw materials and liquid entrained, troubles in compressor system and vacuum system were analyzed, and countermeasures were proposed.
