The development progress and production current situation of roll manufacture industry of China were simply introduced.Its existing problems,such as small-scale industries and poor concentration,backward technology and equipment,low innovation capability and independent intellectual property rights,disorder market,enterprise funds shortage,etc.,were pointed out.To this end,it is recommended that the roll industry in China should keep a close eye to the concept of market changes,emphasis on the roll of the R D and innovation,attention to roll to the use of technology and services,in order to achieve sustained and stable development.
