摘要 介绍了带钢连退机组张力辊辊系的几何尺寸及辊子数目的确定方法;比较了张力辊表面热喷涂碳化钨和电镀硬铬的优缺点;推导了两张力辊偏移距计算公式和典型四辊张力辊组的力矩计算公式和电机超频模式下的力矩校核方法,并据此提出应根据产品大纲要求,综合考虑电机"恒扭矩调速"和"恒功率调速"的不同模式来选择张力辊电机功率。 The methods to determine geometry parameters and numbers of the tension rollers in high-speed continuous annealing line were introduced.The advantages and shortcomings between thermal sprayed tungsten carbide and hard chromium plating on the roll surface were contrasted.Meanwhile,calculation formulations about offset distance of these two kinds of tension rollers,torque of four rolls tension rollers and torque check under motor overclocking mode were deduced.Based on it,the tension rollers motor power could be selected by different mode of constant torque speed regulation and constant power speed regulation of motor.
