摘要
分析了不锈钢中板侧翻的特点和形成机理,通过改善轧制过程中钢坯上下表面金属流动的对称性、改善钢坯侧端面形状、提高轧制钢板的矩形化、细化剪切环节及提高关键设备的控制精度等,使不锈钢中板侧翻的平均宽度由25mm减小至8mm,侧翻修磨率由3.30%降低至0.44%。
The edge overturning feature and principle of medium plate of stainless steel were analyzed.Based on it,some measures were applied,such as improving the symmetry of metal mobility in upper and lower surface of slab in rolling and shape of side face,increasing rectangle rate of slab rolling,optimizing cutting process and the control function of critical device.At last,the average wide of edge overturning of plate was decreased from 25mm to 8mm,the reclamation rate was reduced from 3.30% to 0.44%.
