摘要
分析了某钢厂平整机组开卷机直流电动机发生窜轴破坏的原因,指出了设备安装不良和采用万向联轴器传动对开卷机浮动造成的不利影响。针对电机轴向力产生的原因,设计了接轴托架装置,有效解决了电机轴窜动破坏问题。
This paper analyzes the reasons leading to the axial float destruction of the decoiler's DC motor of the skin miller in some steel works,and pointes out that bad equipment installation and using the universal-joint coupling for transmission have adverse influences on the floating performance.Considering these reasons,the coupling bracket was designed which solves the axial float problem.It has significance to the same type equipment's design.
