中文植物描述数据的一致性研究

摘要 为了揭示不同物种描述数据源中数据的一致性程度,比较了《安徽植物志》、《河南植物志》和《山东植物志》中的100个物种的描述数据。结果表明,由于描述分类单元模式的选择、使用的术语以及数据表现形式等方面存在差异,造成各种植物志所含描述数据不一致成为广泛存在的现象。其中,部分相同的占62.54%,完全相同的部分仅占18.66%,相互矛盾的占1.47%,而只在一个数据源中出现的描述占17.34%。 In order to bring the consistency level of the data which come from different species description sources to light, this paper compared description data of 100 species from Anhui Flora, Henan Flora and Shandong Flora. The result, due to the difference of taxon pattern selected, terminology used and the form in which the data are presented, shows a surprising lack of uniformity in the description data of different flora. The average result reveals more than half the information (around 62.54% ) overlap in some intermediate degree. Sources show absolute agreement only 18.66% of the time, disagreement in only 1.47% of cases, and came from one source only in 17.34% of cases.
