从数字参考咨询服务的基本内涵和主要形式入手,分析了现有图书馆数字参考咨询服务模式及其特点,并针对其存在的不足,提出了基于知识地图的图书馆数字参考咨询服务模式及其构成方法,经过比较分析阐明了这种新的参考咨询服务模式的特性。

This article starts with the basic connotation and main form of digital reference service, and then analyses the existing library digital reference service mode and its characteristics. In view of the existing problems, this paper proposes a library digital reference service mode that is based on knowledge map and elaborates its constitutional module. Finally the paper illustrates the characteristics of this new reference service model by comparison analysis.
