摘要
输电线路铁塔建模作为电力设备检测和管理的重要基础,具有巨大的实际应用价值。传统的量测与制作手段存在周期长、人力和财力耗费大的不足。机载LiDAR系统的出现使快速高效的铁塔建模成为可能。提出了一种基于机载LiDAR数据的铁塔建模方法,通过检测电力线对的连接点提取铁塔,建立三维空间格网,并利用二值图像轮廓跟踪的思想跟踪三维线结构,由此完成铁塔建模。实验结果证明,该方法基本达到建模需求,取得了较好效果,只需少量人工修饰便可得到高精度的三维模型。
As an important basis of power device detection and management,power line and tower modeling is of great application potential.The traditional photogrammetric function is costly and time consuming.The airborne LiDAR system provides a new way of data collection and makes possible of quick and effective tower modeling.A method of modeling the power tower based on LiDAR data,which utilizes the connection node of line pairs to extract the tower points.Through building 3D grid,a power tower is reconstructed by tracking 3D line structure referring the idea of binary contour tracking.The experiment results show the rationality and validity of the proposed method,thus a high accurate 3D model only by little manual process can be obtained.
