摘要
利用机载激光雷达测量(LiDAR)等先进的遥测技术辅助进行洪水灾害的预警、评估和灾后重建是目前水利研究的热点。首先介绍了建筑物信息提取的主要方法,提出了基于机载LiDAR技术对单个建筑物信息进行提取的方法。利用LiDAR点云得到nDSM,并借助ArcGIS软件获取建筑的高度和面积信息,并对如何提高精度进行了分析和评价。结果表明,该方法能够满足精度要求,对于建筑物洪水灾害评估有重要的意义。
The early-warning,evaluation and reconstruction after disaster aided by advanced remote sensing technology such as LiDAR are widely focused in the study of hydropower projects.The main method of extracting building information is introduced and the method of extracting single building information using LiDAR is proposed.The nDSM is obtained by LiDAR point cloud and the information of the building height and area is obtained by ArcGIS,and the precision improvement method is analyzed and evaluated as well.The results show that the precision of the method can meet the requirement and has important significance for the evaluation of damaged buildings in flood disasters.
