摘要 采用响应面法对杏鲍菇菌丝体胞内多糖的提取工艺进行优化。在单因素实验的基础上,以多糖得率为响应值,确定了实验参数的水平范围。结果表明:液固比、浸提温度、浸提时间和乙醇用量等因素对多糖得率的影响具显著性;杏鲍菇菌丝体多糖提取的最佳工艺参数为:液固比30∶1mL/g、浸提温度97℃、浸提时间1.8h、乙醇用量是浸提液的2.5倍,浸提1次,在该工艺条件下杏鲍菇菌丝体多糖得率为8.65%。 The extraction conditions for Pleurotus eryngii mycelial polysaccharide were optimized using response surface methodology(RSM).On the basis of single factor experiments,the yield of polysaccharide as response value,the test parameter level range was determined.The results showed that the factors of liquid to solid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and volume of ethanol significant effect on the yield of polysaccharides.The optimal parameters of polysaccharides extraction from Pleurotus eryngii mycelium were as follows:the ratio of liquid to solid 30:1(mL/g),extraction temperature 97℃,extraction time 1.8h,the volume of ethanol to extraction liquid 2.5 times,extraction once,and under the optimal conditions,the yield of Pleurotus eryngii mycelium polysaccharide extraction reached 8.65%.
