摘要
致病菌的耐药性已成为世界范围内的公共卫生和安全问题,如何对致病菌的耐药性进行准确快速的检测是许多微生物科研人员和医疗工作者共同面临的难题。根据近年国内外有关研究资料与报道,对于细菌耐药性的检测和分析主要通过对细菌进行药物敏感性实验来执行。目前用于细菌药敏性实验的方法主要包括:肉汤稀释法、琼脂稀释法、K-B纸片法和E-test实验等。文中就以上几种细菌药敏性实验方法的原理、步骤及优缺点进行了概述,并对各种实验方法的应用进行了举例分析。
The antimicrobial resistance of pathogens has become a worldwide public health and safety issue,and how to identify and determine the antimicrobial resistance rapidly and accurately is an urgent problem that many researchers are facing with.Recent years have seen an explosion in the development and application of antimicrobial susceptibility tests for determining the antibiotic resistance.Antimicrobial susceptibility tests such as broth dilution method,agar dilution method,disk diffusion method and E-test were routinely being used in antimicrobial susceptibility testing.These techniques were well established and their advantages as well as limitations have been realized.In this paper,emphasis was given to the methodologies of examining the antimicrobial susceptibility,and specific examples of their application to pathogens were presented.
