摘要
运用传统方法完成了对上升导臂铸钢件的铸造工艺方案设计,包括分型面、浇注位置的选择、各项铸造工艺参数的确定以及浇注系统、冒口的设计。建立了铸件的三维模型,并用View-Cast软件模拟了上升导臂铸钢件的凝固过程。模拟结果显示,在铸件加强筋的热节处会产生缩孔缺陷。通过添加保温冒口、在热节处放置冷铁的方法,极大地消除了铸造缺陷。
The casting technological parameters of the steel casting,including the parting surface,pouring position,pouring system and riser,were defined in this paper.A three-dimensional model of the casting was established,and cast steel guide arm of the solidification process was simulated by View Cast software.The simulation results show that shrinkage defects appeared at the heat in the casting stiffener junctions.The defects are eliminated to the great extent by adding insulation riser and placing the cold-iron at the heat.
