摘要
通过有限元法进行数值模拟可以方便地获得有关参量,为制定合理的轧制工艺提供依据。主要对大棒材压制过程中有限元建立的过程进行了介绍,探究了建立过程中应遵循的规则,最后通过对某钢厂现场生产监控数据的分析验证了所阐述的模型,证明依照该方法所建模型及选取的参数等能模拟实际生产过程。
The numerical simulation by finite element method(FEM) has easily accessed the parameters in the bar rolling process,and it can provide a reasonable basis for rolling process.In this paper,we mainly described the FEM procedure established during the large bar pressing process,and explored the rules to be followed during the process.Finally we can confirm that the model in accordance and the parameters selected with this view can simulate the actual production process by analysing the monitoring data produced by on-site.
