摘要
对车身覆盖件模具的传统制造和快速制模工艺进行了分析比较,介绍了热喷涂技术在模具制造中的应用。通过试验总结出快速模具制作中的原型制作工艺和模具制作工艺。针对石膏加工特性,进行了石膏原型的数控加工和后期的修补实验及热喷涂快速模具制造过程试验,得到了工程中车身覆盖件模具的制作工艺,将该方法应用到某车身覆盖件模具的制造中,取得了较好的效果,为新车型的开发提供了支撑和依据。
Compared with rapid mold process of the autobody panel and traditional manufacturing method in the paper,the electric arcs spraying technology was introduced in rapid mold process application.Prototype and mold process were received by experiment.The methods were achieved to manufacture plaster model process and its later patch by testing,and spray fast mould production course was tested,the results have reached the practical feasible technology scheme;the method was applied to certain autobody panel rapid mold and has gotten better effect.As a result,the method offered the support and basis to the development of new vehicle type.
